D&M Properties bv processes personal data. We like to inform you about this clearly and transparently. In this privacy statement we inform you about the processing of personal data by D&M Properties bv (abbreviated to D&M) and its affiliated companies.

 

What is personal data?

Personal data is any data that can be traced back to a person, such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. A photo or passport photograph is also personal data. The privacy legislation also applies to a combination of data that can lead to the identification of a person. From whom does D&M process personal data?

D&M processes data of persons with whom we have, intend to have or have had a direct or indirect relationship, such as:

  • Business Relationships
  • Employees of contracting parties with whom they regularly work or have worked together
  • Business relations with whom there has been contact and who might be relevant for D&M
  • Persons connected to a company or organisation with whom we have, intend to have or have had a relationship

 

 

What personal data does D&M process?

We process name, address, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number, profession or data regarding current employment, title, position within the employer's company, gender, date of birth, nationality and name of partner (if any).

 

We do not process any special personal data.

 

Why does D&M process personal data?

If you are a business relation of D&M, we need your personal data to fulfil our purposes and to be able to approach you for cooperation, advice or to fulfil obligations.

 

If you are relevant to D&M, we use your name, email address and telephone number to maintain contact with you and inform you about D&M's activities.

 

Data can also be used for promotional or informational purposes, for example to inform you about a new D&M activity.

Finally, there are practical matters for which we process data. For instance to support administrative processes surrounding your activities.

 

 

How does D&M process personal data?

D&M processes personal data in our system "Outlook 2013" and in D&M's administrative application.

 

Who can access my personal data?

Your personal data is accessible only to D&M's staff and is used only for business purposes. Only employees authorised by their position can view your data. Directors may view or change your personal data only if authorised to do so by virtue of their position.

 

With whom are data shared?

D&M does not share your personal data with external parties, unless required to do so by law or public authority.

 

Retention

Data related to your company, function or expertise is kept, mainly to be able to contact you when relevant for D&M. Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary.

 

What rights do I have?

You have the right to view, modify, correct, add to, delete (or have deleted) your data and to restrict processing.
